Our Yehapparel sizing runs true athletic fit. For a more relaxed fit size up one size. Our model is 5'2" 120lbs wearing a size 4 (S)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to enjoy our product, however if there is a sizing issue, defect or any other instances that requires a return, please follow the instructions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any discounted sales of 20% or more not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact Customersupport@yehapparel.com should you find any defects in your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items must be unwashed and not be put through the dishwasher

Items covered in animal hair/human hair are subject to denial

Items covered in glitter, makeup, skin cells, or other matter that changes the integrity of the initial condition of the received product are subject to denial

Items with piling may be subject to denial

Items with strong odor smells such as smoke, cologne/perfume, body odor, detergent or other scents will not be accepted

Items with any sort of stains or markings will not be accepted

Items that have been damaged, dropped or marked will not be accepted

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can be requested for sizing changes to same product. Exchanges cannot be made for a different product from the one ordered. If your exchange cannot be completed due to shortage of product or product being out of stock, a refund will be issued.

At this time we do not cover the cost of return shipping. For domestic US customers, the label cost will be deducted automatically from the product(s) you are returning through our returns portal

Any returns outside of the 30 day allowed window will not be accepted

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your return/exchange has been denied, you will be notified via email in 4-7 days after receipt of return/exchange item.
